About the Election Worker Portal
VR Systems' Election Worker Portal (EWP) product is a web-based application that allows election administrators and staff to manage all tasks involving election workers, as well as an online portal for workers to view training class offerings, scheduled work assignments, and communicate with elections administrators.
Election Worker Portal (Admin view)
As an admin user, Election Worker Portal gives you the ability to:
- Manage workers, instructors, and classes
- Assign workers to training classes, as well as maintain worker positions and payments
- Record worker's class attendance, performance, and test results
- Share news with workers
- Schedule workers for Early Voting and Election Day shifts
- Audit and report changes to election activity
- Audit and report changes to worker information, work assignments, class enrollments
Accessing Election Worker Portal (Admin)
Admin accounts are managed in VR Passport. Election Worker Portal (EWP) is accessed at the following URL: https://www.vrwebconsole.com/.

A VR Passport admin account has been created for each county. For assistance creating a new Web Console account or gaining access to Election Worker Portal, contact your county's VR Passport administrator. If you aren't sure who that is, please email support@vrsystems.com.
Daily Data Transfer and Maintenance Check
The datastore used by Election Worker Portal is updated automatically each day by the VRScheduler - UpdateElectionWorkerPortal task in your Voter Focus system. To verify that VRScheduler - UpdateElectionWorkerPortal is running properly, we recommend you check the VR Dashboard every morning for alerts related to program time-outs.
The transfer of data is scheduled to run as follows:

*The initial full transfer of worker data for a county runs overnight and can take from 30 minutes to an hour.
